Dean Godwin - Owner
After spending his youth working in various family businesses, Dean bought his first business, Trails End Auto Salvage, in 1986 at the age of 21. He operated Trails End Auto Salvage for 15 years. It was during this time that he began to venture into commercial real estate development.
Actively involved in the community, he served on the Ankeny Planning and Zoning Board for a decade. Dean also served on the Polk County Planning and Zoning Board and as the Managing Partner of the Briarwood Golf and Residential Community.
In his spare time, Dean and his family enjoy traveling and spending time at their lake home in Panora.
